Enter into Holy Week as together we remember Jesus final week on earth.

What’s in-person worship at Advent like? All are welcome to pick-up a bulletin from our greeters as they enter into the space. These bulletins have the order of worship on it and details that might be helpful for first-time worshippers and returners alike! We have communion every week and there are gluten free wafers available-just make sure to let the pastor know when you go up to receive it! After the sermon message, there is often a reflection question! During this time, people are invited to discuss the reflection question with those around them, or if you aren’t comfortable with that-that’s ok! Feel free to sit silently and ponder the question in your heart & mind.
This is an act of conscious community, non-violent resistance (in solidarity with the singing resistance vigils happening in MN), and a place to bring the multitude of feelings this last year has unlocked in us all - some of which we recognize are beyond words and only music can express.
We know we are better together.

Volunteers handy in a kitchen are invited to volunteer on the Friday before to help cook the meal. On Saturday, Volunteers will pack bags, talk to customers in line, and serve with a smile!

The Longest Night Service at Advent Lutheran Church offers a quiet space for reflection and comfort during the holiday season. This service is designed for those experiencing grief, loss, or loneliness, providing a compassionate setting of prayer, scripture, and candle lighting. Join us as we acknowledge the challenges many face while seeking hope and peace in community. All are welcome.
This Sunday, December 14, 1pm-3pm, celebrate the season! Caroling on the steps, a holiday market with local artisans, bake sale to benefit relief efforts in Gaza, photo ops with Buddy the Pup, Crafting, Hot Chocolate and more!
