From darkness to resurrection, walk with us through holy week. Join us in rediscovering joy, hope, the Good News, and what it means to be alive.

Palm Sunday

Sunday, March 25

Worship | 9am & 11am in English, 12:30pm in Spanish

Jesus arrives in Jerusalem riding a donkey, greeted by crowds waving palms.

We begin Palm Sunday worship outside, gathering around our front steps on Broadway. Then we process inside waving palms like those welcoming Jesus to Jerusalem.

Maundy Thursday

Thursday, March 29

Worship | 7:30pm in English

Jesus gathers his disciples for the Last Supper, washes their feet, breaks bread, and prays in the Garden of Gethsemene.

On Maundy Thursday, we share Holy Communion as disciples gathered around the table, remembering those who did first. You’re invited to take part in an optional foot washing, as Jesus washed the 12 disciples’ feet.

Good Friday

Friday, March 30

Worship | 12pm in English, 3pm in Spanish, 7:30pm in English

Jesus is crucified, dies, and is buried.

On Good Friday, we have three unique worship times. The 12pm service is made especially for kids, but welcome to all. At 3pm, we have the Stations of the Cross in Spanish. And at 7:30pm, we journey through Jesus’ last hours with special readings and music by the Advent Chorale accompanied by a chamber orchestra.

Easter Vigil

Saturday, March 31

Worship | 8pm in English

The Easter Vigil is a time of waiting for the Good News, of moving from darkness to light.

At our Easter Vigil worship, we light the traditional Pascal Candle outside and carry it into the church. Then we light our individual candles from it. In anticipation, we hear readings from the Old Testament for telling the coming the Christ and the resurrection.

Easter Sunday

Sunday, April 1

Worship | 9am & 11am in English, 12:30pm in Spanish

He is risen! He is risen indeed! Alleluia!

Easter Sunday at Advent is a joyous day! The Advent Chorale, trumpet, and Easter Breakfast downstairs from 10am-12:30pm make this a special day of celebrating love and community in Christ. Come join us!
